Worst Valentine’s day Ads

Love is in the air as Valentine’s Day is already around the corner and most of the couples are already prepping themselves with some of the best outfits and planning and surprises in their minds.

In total, everything around us is motivating us to take our date out. Even the ads and banners are mentioning the same. However, some of the campaigns and brands are actually going out of their ways and doing the vice versa.

So, what are we exactly talking about? Well, we have already showed you a lot of good things about this Valentine’s day. Here in this post, we would be mocking some of the brands and show you the worst valentines day ads which surely might make you laugh heartily.

Hop on with us on the joyride and let us start with some of the major companies messing up big time.

  • Burger King (Israel)

The first time I saw this ad, I really couldn’t figure out what Burger King is up to here. The kids meal from Burger King slowly takes a turn and reaches to whole new adult level, just for the sake of Valentine’s day. This meal is dedicated to a whole new version of ‘Adult Meals’ from Burger King, because why not?

Well, talking about the meal, you are promised two whooper hamburgers and two portions of French fries along with two beers and well, ‘adult toys’ too. You just can’t figure out what is going on, but whatever it is, it is worth mocking for sure.

  • Coco de Mer

Judging the video till its end, it really does look like something steamy is going to happen. Well, something steamy does happen, but not in a way you would expect. This ad features Pamela Anderson who is fronting a campaign for women to take things in their own ‘hands’ this Valentine’s day. She starts preparing for Valentine’s day by undressing, playing some music and sprinkling the rose petals on her bed. This is where it should get exciting, right? Because now is the time the partner shows up!

You would be disappointed to know that there is no partner and all she would be using be using is a s*x toy. Didn’t expect that, did you? Well, as a cherry on top, the video ends with her saying, “F*ck Valentine’s Day!” Damn!

  • Fart By Mail

If you aren’t really laughing so far, well try watching this one out.

The ad starts off really sweet with a girl touching her body intimately and well if you expect it to get any better, I bet you would! The narrator is mentioning some fire inside him and guess what? He is actually talking about a fart.

The ad may seem just too stupid (which it is), but the disgusting part is that it is actually true and it actually is a proper service. For a price of $9, you can send your loved (or probably hated on) this kind of intimate gift.

What’s next?

Well, the company also offers a $1000 fart package which does include all the smelliest products. We really don’t recommend trying it out, but if you really hate your date so much, then why not?

  • Droga5 London

Here is another ‘creative’ ad for this Valentine’s Day which we decided to feature in our list of the worst valentines day ads. The agency is pushing cards with ‘ugly’ endangered animals and using them, they provide the message of this year’s love, and well, you are expected to adore it, I don’t know why!

Here is the poster and it looks like a few photographers decided to feature an in-budget campaign for Valentine’s day. The motive seems to make as much money as possible from these cards with all the profits being shared to a number of charities.

  • Bronx Zoo

Unless you are dating an entomologist, you are going to be disgusted by this ad let us make that sure for you.

It might be a better idea to name a roach as a gift for an ex-lover who possibly might have cheated on you, but I really don’t think it would be appropriate to gift to your date on Valentine’s day.

However, if looked from another perspective, it does make some sense. Roaches do seem to be indestructible, yet they still aren’t ‘romantic’, are they? The zoo which features it offers a number of packages which commemorate the naming of your roach. It also includes a pin, socks as well as roach free chocolates. I really don’t know if it makes sense to you, yet it still is a thing and I don’t know why it is so.

  • Natan

Ah, a body shaming ad! Like we didn’t have enough!

Natan has come with a whole new idea that if a woman is given a ring, her ability to judge the person is only based on the type of body the one who proposes has. This ad is far too offensive.Even though we aren’t denying that women do consider physical aspects of men, yet the majority of women actually love their man for who he is and not what he buys them.

  • Natan (again)

Well, Natan didn’t fail to disappoint us another time here and well, speaking of inappropriate jewelry store ads,Natan is doing its best to be in the bad limelight. While this ad might look kind of appealing, it still is way too sexist (hate to break it down to you Natan).

This ad implies that the woman’s heart is in things like buying her some jewelry which might tempt her to open her legs for you. Spoiler alert, it isn’t true in any case and Natan, you need to come up with better ads, that’s for sure.

So, these were some of the worst Valentine day ads which we have come across. Don’t let ads like these change your mindset. Be happy and happy Valentine’s day!
